Certainly. uniCenta oPOS receipts are fully configurable and use templates. Receipt style and content can be changed using the Resources Panel and you can position text where you want and even include your own logo.
Yes. There are three important concepts for taxes in uniCenta oPOS: Tax Categories, Taxes and Tax Customer categories.
A Tax Category groups similar taxes. A tax must belong to a Tax Category and, optionally, may belong to a Tax Customer Category. When creating a product, a suitable Tax Category for that product should be defined. When editing a receipt, products added to the receipt will have specific taxes associated. This allows different products to have different taxes.
